Combine Accounts:  

You can combine accounts as long as your radios are all on the same platform. For example, if you have two Sirius radios or two XM radios.  ( Sirius and Sirius   or  XM and XM )  , you can put them on the same account and get one single bill (you may even be eligible for a multi-subscription discount). Unfortunately, at this time, if you've got a Sirius radio and an XM radio, those accounts cannot be combined. Call us at 888-635-5142  to combine accounts and inquire about a multi-subscription discount.   

Please be informed that you cannot move your trial subscription Radio to any other account as there is an chance to loose your trial subscription.   You can certainly transfer your trial subscription Radio only  after  trial subscription completes.

I am glad to inform you that you can certainly  transfer your current subscription from an old Sirius radio to a new Sirius radio. There's a one-time fee for the swap, applied on your account.   The transfer fee is only $15(plus other applicable charges ).

If you have a Lifetime subscription associated with an automotive receiver, those are not transferrable unless the receiver was stolen or is defective. A transfer fee  of $75 ( other applicable charges ) will be charged. 

 Lifetime packages are transferable from one radio to another radio on the same platform up to a maximum of 3 times and the payment of a $75 ( other applicable charges ) transfer fee each time. 

 If you have a Lifetime plan associated with a home, portable, or dock & play radio, then these Lifetime packages are transferrable from one radio to another radio  


You can transfer your subscription as long as your new radio is on the same platform as the old one - Sirius, XM, or SiriusXM - and as long as you're not still on a trial subscription. Tune your radio to channel 1( for XM Radios )  to receive the signal.  and for Sirius radios( please tune to channel 184).

        Activate by Phone Steps:
        Call 1-866-635-8634
        At the prompt, speak your Radio ID (ESN or SID): XXXXXXX
        Say "Yes" to confirm you're ready to receive your activation signal now
        Listen to the instruction for receiving your activation signal. 


        If you have any questions, say "Listener Care" to speak with an agent. 


        If you still do not receive an signal you can certainly chat back to us and we will be happy to assist you. 


        Activate by Web  Steps :
        Go to www.siriusxm.com/refresh
        Enter your Radio ID (ESN or SID): XXXXXXX and click the submit button.


        I see that the radio is active on the account, since you are unable to get the programming on the radio we need to send an refresh signal to the radio.

        No programming on the radio....provided refresh signal steps as the cust was not with the radio.

        I have send an refresh signal to the radio, If your radio still unable to get the programming I would suggest you to call Listener Care Product Support at 866-463-5326.

        Nothing to worry about it, we need to send an refresh signal to the radio In order to restore the missing channel's.

        Signal issues.


        1. Please verify that all connections for the home unit are secure and that there are no kinks or splicing in the wiring.
        2. Could you please unplug/re-plug the wiring as well as detach/re-attach the XM radio in the docking station (if you have a portable unit w/a Boom box or home kit)?
        3. Please check that the antenna is located in an area that provides for a clear southern exposure with no obstructions.
        4. Please use the signal strength indicator (on upper corner of the LCD display) to position the antenna so that it receives maximum signal. The display goes from zero/one (No Signal) to three/four vertical bars (Strongest Signal).
        5. Let us try an alternate way to get good signal strength.
            Please press the menu button to enter the setup menu.
            Press the up or down arrow buttons to navigate to "Antenna aiming".
            Press the select or right arrow button to enter the signal strength indicator.
        The antenna aiming screen shows the signal strength of your radio's location based on satellite signal strength and terrestrial (repeater) signal strength.  This menu will stay active until you successfully locate a position to receive optimal signal from either the satellite or terrestrial repeater.
